The facilities were better than we thought - the gym and pool were both superb and we used both more than we expected to. Location was great, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was very comfortable. We would stay here again and will look out for more Movenpick hotels in future.

When you travel alone, the way you are treated by the staff becomes more front and center. The staff at the hotel was helpful and cheerful. They knew I was concerned about the construction next door and made sure my room was away from it. They went the extra mile to give me a wonderful room. Maria, the woman who took care of my room, was excellent.

Located at 33 Spencer Street Melboourne,Grand Hotel Melbourne is a historic Melbourne icon offering fully self-contained apartments with a modern kitchen. From the start you are greeted with friendly receptionist staff who are helpful and polite. The building is well kept and the rooms are spacious. Although the hotel doesn’t do breakfast, the recommended restaurant is second to none. The building is also located in the CBD of Melbourne with lots of public transport available to get around the city.

Staff and concierge are super helpful with quick response to my questions and wait for us to settle in when we were late check in at 8pm.

Just 600 metres from Etihad Stadium, Accent Accommodation@Docklands offers access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and an on-site coffee shop. Guests can enjoy city or water views. The Manager went over an above to assist us in getting to the Apartments (as we lost our way). He was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was was in easy reach of the City Center without all the busyness and noise. The free tram stop was no more than 100 meters away. We had a beautiful view of the water. The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was quite spacious and was very comfortable. The only thing I had to complain about was there was no sharp knife, so really had no complaints at all.
