Check in starts at 2 pm. Unfortunately I arrived the hotel at 7 am. I requested them is there a chance I can go for early check in. There was a staff who helped to register for HOLIDAY inn membership and checked me in right away, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Surrounded by shops and restaurants in Melbourne CBD, this 5-star hotel offers spacious suites with LCD TVs, balconies, and panoramic views over Yarra River. Phenomenal hotel -- exceeded expectations! Upon arrival, we got a free upgrade to a superior one-room suite. It was huge, especially for center city Melbourne! (I've stayed in several hotels in Melbourne's CBD, and this room was by far the biggest and nicest.) Beds are super comfy. Rooms are very quiet. Our room had a full kitchen, in-room laundry (very convenient!), living room, large balcony (complete with a table for dining and sufficiently big for a morning workout), large bedroom with a comfy bed, and large bathroom. Staff were really accommodating (willing to let us store our stuff for multiple days while we were hiking). Included breakfast was very nice and efficient, complete with a DIY avo smash bar. Didn't have time to visit the gym (or the sauna / spa) since it didn't open until 6:30 am and we need to leave early, but I expect it's nice given how nice the rest of the hotel is! The location couldn't be better either. SMACK in the center of the whole city. Highly accessible to all major sites, lots of public transportation, etc. Would definitely recommend to stay here. It's going to be my future #1 choice for my return trips to the city!

Berlokasi di Melbourne, 5 menit jalan kaki dari Crown Casino Melbourne, Shadow Play by Peppers menyediakan akomodasi dengan kolam renang outdoor, parkir pribadi, tempat fitness lengkap, dan taman. Location was convenient for me. Closer to tram station, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Center (my conference venue), train station (Crossroad) and food outlets. The room and bed were maintained and cleaned on daily basis. Although there were no security personal seen, I felt safe sharing the same access with the hotels' bar/dining customers.

Newly refurbished Mercure Melbourne Southbank is ideally located just 601m from Southbank Promenade on the Yarra River, a 10 min walk to the popular Bourke Street Mall, 15 minutes' walk from Crown... Location was great and buffet breakfast was delicious!
