El hotel de diseño Meininger ocupa una antigua fábrica a orillas del canal Charleroi-Bruselas, a 1,5 km de la Grand Place. Really polite welcoming staff. Super super clean room, which is a big plus for me and it's huge. Wished my room at home was that big! Liked the bar with pool table, games area, the decor with quirky features like the laptop station and the young vibe of the place. Good seating area outside. Gave a really good impression on arrival too.

The property was clean and functional, with a massive bed and Smart TV. The kitchenette was (as expected) very small and at the end of the bed, however it was fit for purpose. The shower was brilliant! The whole property was very clean. The host was very helpful and generously left us coffee and biscuits! Despite being out of the city centre, it was extremely well connected therefore made little difference to our stay. Moreover, it was an quiet neighbourhood.

It was a pleasant experience. The room is ok, access to the kitchen is a plus. The room is clean, the bathroom is the same, there was no noise (I stayed in the blue room), when you turn on the heating it gets warm immediately, there is a TV and a refrigerator in the room, a bathrobe, clean towels. I'll come back

It turned out it is very bad, badly located in a somewhat run-down neighborhood, it was a metalic bed in a 9 m2 room, with bathroom shared with other minimum 5 rooms and a toilet at the end the hallway!
