The owner of the hotel, Mr. Abdel, is extremely professional, efficient and welcoming. His wife did the interior design and she did a wonderful job! They have created a beautiful, peaceful 'ambiance' at the hotel. Their son drove us to the airport and then picked us up at night when we came back from our trip to Brussels. Mr. Abdel was up before 6:00 am in order to take us to the airport for our flight back home. This goes way beyond what you would expect from the owners of a hotel... They are absolutely exceptional!

Hotel Charleroi Airport - Van Der Valk ligger 10 minutters kjøring fra Charleroi lufthavn, og har et treningssenter, døgnåpen resepsjon og gratis WiFi overalt. My stay was an exceptional experience. The hotel is really beautiful and the decoration is elegant. The room was pleasant, and spacious, the bed comfortable. All staff members from night front desk receptionist to cleaning young lady were quite nice. Breakfast is awesome, a lot a variety : cold meats, cheese, pastries, a chef to cook eggs on demand, etc.. I loved this hotel, it revives the tradition of grand hotels. Far more that what you can expect from an airport hotel. More over the parking is free during your stay, and even for people from outside the hotel during 6 hours.

Set in Charleroi, Studio chic proche aéroport & centre-ville is a recently renovated accommodation, 34 km from Walibi Belgium and 48 km from Genval Lake. Great and super cozy apartment with everything we needed. Very new - I even felt uncomfortable putting our food in such a new and clean refrigerator :) The hosts paid attention to every little detail, from stylish dishes & cushions to tiny home plants. The bed was really comfortable too (I booked a smaller room with a sofa bed by mistake, and I suspect the owner just did a biiiig favour to us and secretly replaced it with a queen bed :) Self check-in and check-out which was great for us. And last but not least - amazing responsive hosts! I would definitely return.
