The staff was so helpful. They knew the area so well. When a needed a niche place to eat, they are ready with a great suggestion. The ease of staying there when you have a show at the Underground is matchless. I will definitely stay there again.

Toronto’s historic Gladstone House is at the heart of the city’s art and design district. The hotel is exceptional on the art included in the walls and all the decoration. By entering to the building you can tell you're into something different from the rest of the hotels. On the logistics, the room was totally functional, while keeping the style. The bed and pillows were super comfy. On the extra side, this hotel was the venue for different activities and events during our stay in there, which is a super bonus, specially because the music was imperceptible inside the room. Also, the staff was super friendly at our arrival and they did the most while trying to accommodate us for an early check-in, something we specially appreciated after a red eye flight. Tons of restaurants and shops are in walking distance to the hotel.
