They were kind, friendly, and always willing to answer a question. The breakfast was fantastic as well. The location is excellent, especially if you are coming by train. There just wasn't anything wrong with my stay at the Hotel D.

Just a 2-minute walk from Lake Geneva and 5 minutes from the Cornavin Train Station, the Novotel Genève Centre offers a fitness and spa centre, free WiFi and a free pass for public transport. modern furnished hotel with a great location.. walking distance to the train and bus stations.. about 7 - 10 mins max the reception staff are very helpful and welcoming lots of nice restaurants around the area as well as super markets around the corner

Menghadap ke stesen kereta api utama, Warwick Geneva berada 300 meter dari tasik Geneva dan 6 minit dari Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Geneva. It was very easy getting to and from the airport. Only a 6 min train and it is free on the public transport card you receive from the hotel as part of your city tax. The hotel and rooms were of very hight standard considering the hotel is 40 years old. It does not feel like that and the interior is more like a 5 star hotel than a 4 star. The staff were all very friendly and provided very good service. I will definitely return next time I am in Geneva.

Very clean and well-equipped. Most hotels with the same level do not provide amenities, but here they give. Just 10 mins walk from the train station.
