Very quiet so don't worry about being so close to station. This and the Ticino card provided by hotel allowed us to take numerous day trips, and even go down to Lugano and back for dinner. Few minutes walk to lake, but don't stay here if you want a balcony and lake view. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Getting to the hotel was super easy. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful balcony and a very nice view of the lake. The staff was very kind. Very complete breakfast.

Completely renovated in 2012 and 2013, Hotel Rio Muralto occupies a 19th-century villa in a central location opposite the Locarno Train Station and a 10-minute walk from Piazza Grande, and offers you... The gentleman working the check in, breakfast and everything else (I apologize but I can't remember his name) was FABULOUS and so helpful and kind! Give that man a raise!!!

Most friendly experience with the staff at the reception. Excellent price/value proposition. Well located near the rail way station and the city center.

Hotel Geranio Au Lac terletak di pesiaran tepi tasik Lake Maggiore, hanya 100 meter dari Stesen Kereta Api Locarno dan pusat bandar. Ia menawarkan bufet sarapan pagi. Location was perfect, near the lake, restaurants and train station. The room had everything I needed and even had a view, amazing!
