Three stars with five hearts! Concrete can be so beautiful on the inside! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kronenhof where the staff and management were top-notch. In particular, the manager, Mr. K J, was incredibly helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the idea of the self check in with the key boy box during the reception unavailability is great and i loved it, easy steps and quick way for the check in. Next morning during the breakfast we met Mr. K J who truly stood out during our stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for nearby services, or simply offering a warm greeting every time we crossed paths, he went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. The hotel itself was also a highlight of our trip. The bus station is 2 minutes walk, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet each morning, which was a great way to start my day. The breakfast was so diverse and had so many options to choose from. One of the standout dishes was a plate of cheese prepared by a lovely lady at the hotel. It was one of the most memorable and delicious meals I had during our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. The friendly staff and helpful management, truly made it a standout experience.

Hosts were very communicative and nice. The location is a bit away from the Zurich main station; however, it wasn't difficult to get to via public transportation. Booking stated there was no Wi-Fi but there is, which was a pleasant surprise.

Great location, clean, cozy, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, 5 min walk to bus station and buses run all the time. Has a very authentic feel staying in an actual Swiss house which the group loved. We’re were 6 people, 2 couples and 2 singles. we got perfectly on the place.
