Hotel Sommelier LOFT está muy bien situado en el barrio de Centro de Santiago, Santiago, a 9 min a pie de Museo de Arte Precolombino, a 1,8 km de La Chascona y a 17 min a pie de Patio Bellavista. Staff at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The gentleman at the reception gave me directions for sights around Centro and provided a great check in experience. The hotel has 24 hours reception and security. I highly recommend this location too. Close to all the sights in Centro.

Hotel Pasko, que tiene jardín, terraza y bar, está en el centro de Santiago, a 4 min a pie de Cerro Santa Lucía. I had a flight very early in the morning so I had to wake up at 5:30 and get going. Upon request the hotel gladly agreed to provide me transfer to the airport. The service was right on time. When I woke up and came downstairs the taxi driver was already there waiting for me in the lobby. My booking included breakfast but unfortunately I had to leave early so I wasn't gonna make it. However, there was an employee who introduced himself as Raul who kindly made me a cappucino and a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches to go. He was very friendly and very helpful and I can't thank him enough. The shuttle to the airport was a regular black and yellow cab. Since they partner up with the hotel it's trustworthy and you pay the flat rate that is agreed upfront. The room was very stylish, modern and clean. The bed was nice and comfy. I would recommend this hotel for the room alone, but the friendliness of the personnel makes it exceptional.

The charming decor shown in photos was everywhere, in the rooms, the stairways, and the hallways. Hotel front desk and housekeeping staff were very professional, pleasant, and helpful. Location was perfect, easy walking to major sights and steps away from the Bellas Artes metro station. I could not have had a nicer stay. Thank you!
