This was an amazing stay at a wonderful hotel, within a historic refurbished building, conveniently located in the charming former french concession near plenty of cafes and restaurants. the concierge Thomas was always helpful and the rest of the staff always ready to help.

This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff goes above and beyond at every oppurtunity, treating everyone like royalty. The rooms were immaculate. The in-room dining was DELICIOUS, the BEST I've had at any hotel and I have *LIVED* in 8 countries.The building decor is stunning. If you need anything, someone is there 24/7 with an eager spirit to help!

Radisson Collection Hotel, Xing Guo Shanghai is the perfect addition to this curated collection. We had a great time at the Radisson hotel, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. We will return to this hotel on our next trip. We highly recommend it ! Twelve at Hengshan, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Shanghai ligger på Hengshan Road, 3 minutters gang fra metrostationen Hengshan Road. Great, stylish hotel with a beautiful courtyard and great facilities (swimming pool, gym, roof terrace). I injured my knee while staying and the hotel staff was super helpful, lending me crutches and helping me in various ways. Thank you so much!
