From when we arrived until we left. Daniela allowed us an Early check in with no additional cost. Melanie was extra helpful with making reservations for my birthday dinner. She recommended one of the best restaurants and made personal reservations. Honestly this has been one of the best stays in Cartagena. The staff is very helpful, polite and eager to help/please. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. All my instagram pictures have been amazing thanks to their modern chic decor! All of my followers have been asking me which hotel it is I am staying. The room was spacious and the vintage touch goes with the experience. If you are expecting a luxurious designed hotel thia one is not for you. I loved the decoration, the flowered walls, the terrace with the view on the San Catalina cathedral, the pool, the staff is warm and willing to help. I wanted to stay longer This hotel has a charm Definitely.

Great central location, comfortable bed, good water pressure, hot water, working AC, pretty lobby. The room suited me, a solo traveler, well, although with a second person I could see the room feeling a little crowded.

Staff - especially Samir is always prompt to attend and provide the best experience, even coffee tips he gave to us! Breakfast is incredible - Avocado Toast is a good order! Location is good - 6min walking to the center. Bed and bathroom is good!
