This is a beautiful, secure boutique hotel with lovely rooms each decorated with taste and super comfortable beds. Hot water shower which was a treat as I didn’t even get that at the Radisson. The staff is very kind, helpful and accommodating in every way. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to the best parts of colonial city or a 3$ Uber. The roof terrasse is super nice and relaxing. Definitely a gem I would return and recommend in a heartbeat.

The people working at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. I had to arrive very late, and they were quite accommodating. The room was also clean and spacious. There is a small gym to use as well with a couple machines.

Located right on the Malecon seafront boulevard, the Crowne Plaza Santo Domingo features an outdoor pool and whirlpool, a casino and a spa. Got a free upgrade to the presidential suites at the top floor of the building. Very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, valet parking on site. Not too far from the old colonial section. Friendly staff.

Helpful and friendly staff, big comfy bed, large room and a nice cafe/restaurant inside the hotel (we ate breakfast and dinner there). It's also in a good neighbourhood where you can feel safe during the day or at night. The parking lot is large and well protected, you shouldn't worry about your car. Good value for money.

We stayed in room 200 and it was very hot because the AC faces to the door so the room doesn't get cold. This however was resolved when we got a fan ASAP which made it more comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, fresh and very homely. I was really impressed by the quality and presentation of the room. The staff were so nice especially the two gentleman at the front, one has excellent English and translated for us. Another lady with braid hair was also so sweet. The cleaners and other staff at the hotel were friendly and I would recommend the hotel for this reason. The location was very good as we were next to the Colonial area, sea and everything was in reach! Beautiful hotel!
