Hotel Villa Colonial is located in the heart of Santo Domingo's historic centre, and offers an outdoor pool, tropical gardens and a charming patio. The air-conditioned rooms include cable TV. Amazing place, and Ramon runs the place amazingly, he really cares for the details, he really cares so people have a special time in Santo Domingo and that is beatifulle, I loved it.

Set in a historic building in Santo Domingo's Colonial Zone, once home to a former president, the adult-only Casa Sanchez is within 1 minute's walk of Conde street. This place may be the best comfort/location/price deal you can get in the zona colonial. The staff is super nice, and I really appreciated their flexibility with my late booking(s) and late check-out. They have a lovely patio upstairs where you can chill / read/ stay (the rooms are quite dark). The availability of Netflix on the TV is a plus. The breakfast, which is included, is lovely and I appreciated the hot drinks station available all day. It's a typical zona colonial building with a ton of charm, special mention to the flamingo pool float! ;-) The code to enter the hotel at anytime is practical, and so is the absence of physical key (again a code) to enter your own room! I love the books at disposal, too.

This 16th-century converted convent is located in the historic Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The location in the Colonial Zone was excellent. Lots of sites to visit, delicious restaurants and evening entertainment were close by. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

The location is excellent in the heart of the Historical Zona Colonial of the city. The room and staff were excellent, friendly and with attention to detail.
