The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were outstanding and the location is so perfect it’s accessible to all tourists place by foot :) plus the public transport is easily accessible. And the place is surrounded by different varieties of restaurants and meat shops and snack bar as well as street shopping.

I like to give a big shout out to Jose at front desk. We specifically asked for twin beds but house keeping didn’t do it upon our arrival. Jose quickly apologized for the mistake and he took the responsibility and assured us to correct it the next day. His attitude made me felt very safe in his hands. I wish everywhere I go should have more Jose. He is the best!

The hotel was in an excellent location, next to the aerobus stop at the Plaza de Espana and on a quiet street. The check-in lady was very nice and efficient. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom (important). I was only there one night but the hotel was perfect. I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Barcelona.

Very close to the metro and so much in the neighborhood. A real Barcelona neighbourhood not a touristy one. It was super comfy, staff was very polite and helpful. Modern decor.
