Hotel s 3 zvezdicami nudi informacijski pult.... The staff were incredible. I accidently forgot my passport in the safe. They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

Nastanitev Zenit Convento San Martin je v San Sebastianu, 6 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža La Concha, in nudi sezonski zunanji bazen, zasebno parkirišče, fitnes ter teraso. Great location, friendly staff and amazing breakfast! The hotel was super clean and centrally located, close the the beach and the old town. We walked everywhere. Our room was lovely with a terrace, the bathroom was very modern and the shower was amazing!

Boasting a restaurant, free bikes as well as a bar, Arbaso Hotel is set in the San Sebastian City-Center of San Sebastián, 800 meters from Victoria Eugenia Theater. It is one of these experiences where all comes together perfectly well. Very nice contemporary relaxing design paired with very friendly and attentive staff. Add on that the charming city of San Sebastian. Very good value for money. Hotel has also Valet Parking. We are planning to return as soon as possible.

Everything was perfect and more. The staff, the facilities, the food. But above all the staff who made us feel at home. They helped us with all our questions. They made us feel like they REALLY cared. We will be back one day.

Catalonia Donosti has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in San Sebastián. Location, very good friendly staff, a truly beautiful hotel with an excellet breakfast. Looking forward already to staying there next time.

The stuff is friendly and helpful. The location is comfortable. There is a kettle in the room, thank you for it. Also in the hotel there is a free spa with sauna and hamam and the gym. The facilities are great, everything was clean and comfy.

Boasting a terrace, Intelier Victoria offers accommodation in San Sebastián, a 4-minute walk from La Concha promenade. The location could not have been better. Close to the beach and the old town. Everything that you could want is within a five minute walk. The property itself is very beautiful , almost tucked away, everything was clean and orderly.
