Location and it is very clean. The price is reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff. I have forgotten my ring in the room and the staff is efficiently helping me to find it out and mail back to me. My heartfelt thanks to them again! For sure I will stay again in this hotel if I travel to Helsinki again.

Housed in a converted prison from 1837, this atmospheric hotel is found on Katajanokka Island in central Helsinki. You should try the Linnankellari Restaurant. I recommend both of the pepper steak and the salmon steak.

Very high standards hotel. Brand new; was inaugurated a couple months ago. I loved every aspect of it. Bulgari toiletries that added poshness to the stay. Very clean rooms. Beautiful decor all around the premises with beautiful white sculptures. Slept deeply as it was very calm. The staff at concierge, reception, restaurants, and bellboys were all so helpful & cordial. Keep up the excellent work. The sauna chamber in my room made me experience the Finnish habits. Special thanks to Mr. Sami (Concierge) who suggested a couple of places to visit & his suggestions were excellent. Thank you to Tesa, Maria Abdel Latif & all the other employees at the front desk (sorry I don’t remember all the names). Thank you to all the young bellboys who helped me with my heavy bags. Thank you to Lynh, Murat, Gitta, Anh & Salima at the restaurant for being very attentive & cheerful.

Nice and well-kept building. Very comfy and clean bedroom. Location is perfect, just 10 min walking to Cathedrals and places of interest and just a few steps from Helsinki train station. Great breakfast. I would definitely stay again if I visit beautiful Helsinki again!.

Located by the waterfront of Katajanokka, Scandic Grand Marina is housed in 1920s Art Nouveau building and offers free WiFi, sauna, gym and a 24-hour on-site shop. Everything was amazing, especially breakfasts :D
