Brian and the rest of the staff were great....very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our chats with them. The hotel is a boutique hotel that has been recently done over. We had a cool room on the third floor that had spa like qualities. It is conveniently located for walking everywhere and minutes to the tram station if you need to ride, but was nice and quiet for sleeping. We took the tram three stops back to the train station to pick up our rental car when we were leaving. We did not eat breakfast but we did have coffee outside as well as one of Brian's special cocktails the night we arrived. We would not hesitate to recommend the Lola!

The people who designed this hotel were brilliant. Every where you look you see beautiful colors, unique art and design, perfect plantings in the garden, perfect combo of old and new. I would give it 10 plus on aesthetics. It’s pretty much my dream hotel. And breakfast was sumptuous as well.

This 4-star Novotel is located 50 metres from Tram C station, a 3 tram-stop ride from the heart of Bordeaux and the Place de la Bourse and only 400 metres from Bordeaux Train Station. Breakfast was great and so was the location! The personel was very nice.

Set in an 18th-century building, this hotel is located 900 metres from Bordeaux Saint Jean Train Station. Free WiFi is accessible in the air-conditioned rooms at Maison Fredon. Great location - bit if a walk to the centre but no more than 10 minutes and nice to explore. Easy to find and if needed easy to jump on a team.
