Located in the Old Lyon, Le Jardin de Beauvoir is a B&B set in a typical 19th-century house, just 250 metres from the Roman Theatre. It is surrounded by a flowered garden with orchard. Gorgeous accommodation in a beautiful facility with a perfect location for exploring Lyon. Mimi and Nicolas were exceptional hosts. Mimi answered the phone right away when we called as we were running late, was so patient with my halting French and was so warm and welcoming. Nicolas came out to greet us and drove with us to find the parking area as the road where the B&B was located was under construction and we never would have found it otherwise. Very unique room up stone staircases, featuring a spiral staircase to a private luxurious full bathroom on the lower level. Fantastic breakfast in a room with French doors out to the garden, delicious fresh coffee, breads, fruit salad, beautiful table linen and dishes. Mimi also helped us with suggestions for dinner at a great local bistro just steps away.

Housed in a historic building, l'Atelier de Saint-Just provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi in Lyon, 500 metres from Fourviere Roman Theatre. The location is great, in the ancient part of the city, very authentic and old building. But perfectly equipped and has everything you might need for a careless stay. Felt like home away from home! Location, location, location was excellent for access to restaurants, old town charm and seeing Lyon on foot. Host very helpful and communication very good.
