Best Western Kings Manor in Edinburgh offers free WiFi, a 20-metre swimming pool and a gym. Portobello Beach is just 10 minutes’ walk from the building. everything. this is a 10/10 property. rooms are nice. staff is very helpful. breakfast was nice. hard to find any fault with the property.

Offering a shared garden and city view, at 300 metres from Portobello Beach and 3 km from Arthurs Seat. We had a wonderful weekend, and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. Easy to reach from the city center (about 25 minutes). Very clean, with all the facilities to prepare coffee, breakfast or dinner. We also took a walk on the beach, 2 minutes away and enjoyed the sun and terraces.

I felt at home, the bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful and warm. Breakfast was a whole variety of delicious dishes, home made and beautiful. The sea front is only a few steps away and I enjoyed walking along the sea promenade to the cafés - and walking along the sea shore. I felt looked after and cared for by Sinead and Chris. What a beautiful home, thank you so much for sharing the space with us! We traveled 4000 miles to be with family for a holiday, and found ourselves very comfortable, with plenty of room, enjoying amazing views, and in a great location! The public bus was so easy to catch and take around, we absolutely made the most of our stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Beach house, it's in a great spot, right on the beachfront in Portobello which was such a treat. Two good sized double rooms with comfy beds, a bathroom with a huge walk in shower and a kitchen/living room space for hanging out in. Plus a lovely helpful host too! Thanks for having us ❤️

Portobello Charming Seaside 3-BR Holiday Apartment อยู่ในเอดินบะระ ห่างจากหาด Portobello Beach เพียง 200 ม. We loved the location! Same block as the beach... it doesn't get much better than that! Being in a first-floor flat was also good for us, and we were thrilled with all of the kid friendly amenities. The books, toys, kid potty seat, and indoor swing were all huge hits with our kids (4 and 2) and made our stay all the more pleasant.

This was a lovely home away from home - warm and quiet, with character, a great shower, modern kitchen, and a super comfy bed (the couch is great too!). So close to the beach and attractions there, with bus transport just a few mins' walk away (also close enough to the city to Taxi or Uber if preferred). Overall, the perfect retreat after a day's exploration around Edinburgh - somewhere to get warm and dry and recharge for the next day🙌
