Handsfree light switches and heated bathroom floors. Beautiful decor, safe neighborhood, great security setup. Beautiful bathroom, very polite staff. This place means business when they say 5 star. This is my new favorite London hotel.

Nestled behind Buckingham Palace, this luxurious hotel is opposite the Royal Mews. Everything was wonderful , service staff and accommodations were excellent. I will definitely stay there again if I am in London

Well set in the centre of London, citizenM London Victoria Station provides air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a restaurant. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. Very modern well laid our room, perfect for one person but could be a bit of a squeeze for two with luggage. The room was spotless and the staff very friendly. Great location close to Victoria station.
