Very clean, the bed was very comfortable, I had everything I could want in my room, very quiet and peaceful, staff were always on hand to help(even when I lost my key late at night!). Safe are to walk in, around the corner from cafes and 3 minutes walk to Paddington tube, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had an Executive Suite and would stay there again.

Este hotel boutique de lujo se encuentra en el centro de Londres, a 5 minutos a pie de Hyde Park y de la estación de Paddington. The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the beautiful Kensington Park, just walk distance from Oxford Street. Rooms are very clean, beautiful romantic furnitures. The staff is very kind, helpful, always smiling. We had a little problem, what they solved immediately and we could move to an other room. We hope soon we can go back there and we can just suggest to anybody who is looking for a familiar, clean, little treasure in London.

Este hotel está situado a poca distancia a pie de Hyde Park, en la apacible zona de Bayswater. All of the staff was efficient, professional and welcoming upon my arrival. The room was clean, airy with high ceilings and space, was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The location is very convenient being within walking distance of Paddington Station and is also close to Kensington Gardens.

We booked a Standard Twin room and we were more than happy with what we got. Two comfy beds, a very spacious bathroom and all the facilities you would expect in the room as well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location near Paddington Station. Would definitely book again.
