The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and well stocked every day with coffee, tea, cookies and water. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast buffet is a good value!

The room size very good and big when you try other hotels the location near the portland station and Baker Street 10 minutes the breakfast is good and I like the decor inside the breakfast area

Looking at the ratings I did not expect much and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Since I am a frequent traveler to London and choose a hotel mainly by its location not looking for much comfort, it exceeded my expectations of how comfortable beds were and free tea, coffee offer, nice welcome, its quitness. Considering coming back if I have to stay in this area.
