Detta nybyggda boende öppnade i december 2018 och har en utomhuspool och gratis WiFi. The hotel was clean, comfortable and accessible. Buffet breakfast was really nice. Great view of Ioannina city.

House with view is one of the best if not the best property we have stayed in Greece! The property is ultra clean, the bed was so comfortable, shower is fantastic and the view is the best! It was also so very quiet at night that you are guaranteed the best sleep and only 10 minutes by car to the centre of Ioannina. Yianni and Maria the hosts are wonderful and make you feel like family. They provided jam, honey and rusks for breakfast and delicious cake as well. Thank you Yianni and Maria and we cannot wait to return!

Katerina is your host, and she immediately makes you feel as if you’re part of the family. Not only is she a good host she’s a great cook as well, so be prepared for a wonderful breakfast with a view overlooking the lake. If you want help with planning your visit to the region Katerina is a good trip coordinator as well. If you carefully analyze the Booking.com reviews to find good places like we do…..look no further.

Restaurant available on the ground floor, open off-season. Easy to find key safe. Fairly close to airport and bus station, but no noise from either. Walks easy to find up the mountain behind the hotel, giving wonderful views of the surrounding beautiful landscape.
