Absolutely wonderful stay at sofia resort. From the moment we walked in we were greeted very professionally, and everything was explained about the rooms and facilities. Christos went above and beyond to ensure we were catered for. The staff in general were very friendly and helped with every request we had. We built a personal relationship with them and can't wait to go back. The room was unreal, really amazing from the cleanliness to the size and facilities within. The bar was probably the best part, the view was amazing and Nico knows exactly what he's doing when it comes to a drink. He knows his way around a cocktail and even created a new one not on the menu just for us...(the "no name"). Not forgetting the jacuzzi, chill music and ambient lighting at night. The staff were very friendly. The food was incredible with so much choice! The place was also really clean. It was our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make it as special as possible. They greeted us with a bottle of fizz and a free upgrade for our last couple of nights!

We recently had the absolute pleasure of spending a week at the Anatoli Beach Hotel with my girlfriend, and it was, hands down, one of the most genuine and heartwarming hospitality experiences we've ever had. We often stay at various hotels during our travels, but the Anatoli has instantly nestled itself into a special place in our hearts. Anatoli even means "where the sun rises" in Greek. From the moment we arrived, Nikos and his family, who runs the property, greeted us with such a warm and welcoming smile that we instantly felt like we were home. Their genuine kindness and care were palpable throughout our stay, with every interaction seeming less like a mere customer service encounter and more like a chat with good old friends. The rooms are not luxurious by the typical five-star standards, but they are clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything one might need. We loved the honest simplicity of it all. Close by are cute goats frolicking, wonderful sight. The food was simple yet tasty, the meals reminded us of a homemade feast. There was always more than enough to eat and every dish was prepared with love and care, highlighting the essence of genuine home-cooking that's often lost in more commercial setups. We'd highly recommend booking directly through their website. Not only does this support the host family by saving them the deserved 20% usually lost to the platforms, but it also ensures a direct friendly communication channel with the hotel. In summary, our stay there was more than just a vacation. It was an immersive experience into the warm embrace of genuine hospitality, something that has become increasingly rare in our hyper-commercial world. If you are looking for an honest, comfortable, and home-like place to stay, with delicious food and the kindest of hosts, do not hesitate to book your next stay there. Happy Days Hotel is a beautiful group of bungalows in the area of Kavros, in municipality of Georgioupolis, at Chania. The hotel is located straigthly on the beach. A nice environment surrounded by other hotels on the coast line. It’s really a good holiday vibe, cozy rooms, perfectly isolated from noise. A cocktail bar, a swimming pool, a beach with parasol and seats. Fresh air, fresh water, Loved it all. A big choice for breakfast and dinner buffet.
