Situated in Guatemala, 1.9 km from Popol Vuh Museum, Hyatt Centric Guatemala City features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a shared lounge. Fantastic room, facilities, location, food. We stopped overnight between vacation legs and it was the perfect decompression zone. The room was large and very well-styled. The swimming pool and decking area is beautiful, with outstanding views of the volcanoes across the country. Well laid out, plenty of sunbathing and shaded space and extremely well-maintained. We enjoyed several hours up there and only saw one other. Location linked to a mall with everything you could need at your doorstep. Excellent customer service and super-friendly staff. Can arrange anything for you including airport shuttle and shuttle to restaurants.

Located in the Zona 10 district in Guatemala, Holiday Inn offers its guests free WiFi access and an outdoor pool. The property also has a fitness centre. I can't fault any at all ! We travelled a lot before we checked in and the bed was like you are in heaven ( best quality eqyptian cotton ! ) I slept like a baby baby ! We booked a continental breakfast not a full breakfast and it was in a private room as if we are in a presidential suite . The location was excellent . Everything was there . We don't speak Spanish and make sure when you buy in a grocery to check the price . We went to a bakery and we paid 22 usd for 2 packets of popcorn and 5 pieces of muffin . The 5 pieces were in 1 pack so we thought the price was for a pack. lol ! Tha chamber made was excellent and always smiling. The whole staff are great !

This hotel has very polite staff at reception and the restaurant. I forgot to authorise my bank to allow me to use my card internationally, and so I needed some time to arrange this. The staff understood and allowed me to settle my bill upon out. The restaurant staff made me feel welcomed and took the time to chat with me. The hotel is visually very warm and cosy and my room was quiet. This was the second time I have stayed here because I had a similar experience the first time.

The amenities were good and at reach. The hotel was located close to Restaurants, bars and a mall. Overall, it was a good experience.
