Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the midlevel escalators so it's very easy to get around. Lots of nice restaurants and bars in the area.

Boasting a panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and the city, The Upper House is centrally located in Hong Kong Island right on top of Pacific Place, the city’s premier shopping mall. Loved everything about the hotel. The staff were brilliant and the hotel comfortable and luxe with a fantastic Gym.

We booked a suite with stunning views of Victoria Harbour which came with access to a beautiful lounge on level 45. We’re lucky enough to be a well travelled family but this place is truly one of a kind. 100% recommended.

Splendid property - Tonnes of old world charm. Terrific location, and the most hospitable staff I have ever met. They personally greet you and remember all the tiny details. Steve, the General Manager was very kind and Vicki Chan at Cafe Causette was so attentive and thoughtful.
