Alexander and Garima are very cordial and helpful staff. Loved the fact that there was a shuttle it was very convenient. Connect to the mall was awesome for the shopping, and the connection through the mall with mtr and bus was awesome.

The Silveri Hong Kong - MGallery has a restaurant, seasonal out-door swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a fitness centre and bar. First class service, we were assisted with our transfer to the airport as we are dependent on a wheelchair due to an accident during vacation. The hotel even organiszed that someone will bring us to the check in area.

The location is perfect - just on the airlort, closed to MTR station and many restorants. The room was clean regularly, the bads were compatabled.
