Room was nice and modern furnished, so is the bathroom. Comfort was excellent. Quiet surroundings of the hotel. The staff was very helpful. Everything was very peaceful.

Welcome to Schoolhouse, an enchanting and historic hotel in the heart of Ballsbridge, just a 10- minute walk from Dublin's bustling city center. The Schoolhouse Hotel is a very unique stay, in a good location, with an amazing team to assist you during your stay. From the inside of the restaurant and bar you can see the unique design from it's former purpose as a schoolhouse. The staff in the restaurant and bar are all friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel is not too far from the city center and has good access to a bus stop if you prefer not to walk. Many of the rooms (and soon to be all rooms) have recently been renovated providing a pleasant and comfortable stay. The front desk staff are truly amazing and will take care to tend to your every need. They assisted with the typical requests of mapping out places to visit and eat. It was upon our departure that their kindness truly shined through. My husband and I were low on Euros and running late as we had ordered a taxi to take us to the airport. The taxi arrived and told us they would not take credit card. We inquired with the front desk if we could charge our card and get some Euros for the taxi. A gentleman who was associated with Schoolhouse Hotel though I'm not certain in what capacity, without hesitation generously gave us 20 Euros to help get us on our way. We tried to let them charge our card but they insisted it wasn't necessary. We will definitely stay with the Schoolhouse Hotel if we make our way back to Dublin. It is a unique hotel with comfortable rooms and an amazing team to assist you!

I even got lost in those 500+ rooms...
