The hotel manager was very generous, as the fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks, exceeding my expectations. This was particularly appreciated after being charged 800 rupees for a drink at Taj Ends Land. On the day of check-in, my friend had an earlier flight and went shopping at Phoenix Marketcity before departing. The manager allowed my friend's luggage to be stored in the room and even provided each of us with a complimentary drink and some fruit, making us feel truly at home. During my stay, I caught a cold, and the staff patiently took me to a pharmacy to get medication. On the day of check-out, I discovered that the city tour booked through the hotel was more expensive compared to other options. Upon returning in the evening, the manager offered facilities for a quick refresh, which was very considerate. Finally, upon departure, assistance was provided to book an Uber, which cost 170 rupees. It was a minor drawback.

The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The hospitality experienced was beyond words! The rooms were of good size and had an European design. The cleanliness was exceptional - both with the room and the surroundings. One thing to highlight was the food - the breakfast buffet was impressive both in size and quality! I haven't had so much authentic food from different parts of India before!

Objekat Radisson Mumbai Andheri MIDC, koji se nalazi u gradu Bombaj, na 5 km od znamenitosti ISKCON, nudi smeštaj sa sezonskim bazenom na otvorenom, besplatnim privatnim parkingom i fitnes centrom. The rooms and the general environment were always clean. The food was of very high standard and restaurant staff extremely helpful. The reception staff also were always well dressed, friendly and helpful. Kudos guys.

Everything from start to finish during our stay in ITC Maharata for 3 nights ~ from airport transfers to/from Mumbai T2 Airport, checking in staff, porterage service, superior family room suite on 4th floor, excellent full board meals included each day, swimming pool/gym/Spa, Upper Crust Club lounge access 6-8pm with unlimited drinks and nibbles included. When do I end? On last day, our return Emirares flight to Dubai was at 7pm onwards to London, duty manager kindly gave us a free late check out at 2pm instead of 12 noon. House keeping service in the room was great in terms of cleaning bedroom twice a day or more if need, restocking items like coffee/tea sachets and natural bottled water. Laundry service was fantastic and quick so less to wash when returning home. WELL DONE ITC MAHARATA MUMBAI, NICE END TO OUR 5 WEEKS FAMILY HOLIDAY ALL OVER INDIA. WILL RETURN AGAIN HERE SOON AND ANOTHER ITC HOTEL SOMEWHERE ELSE IN INDIA IN FUTURE

Situated in Mumbai City, Suba International Hotel offers spacious accommodation with an iPod dock and free WiFi, the hotel also houses a restaurant. The room was excellent. The staff were exceptional. I have zero complaints.

Luxurious accommodation coupled with 6 dining options can be expected at The Leela Mumbai, just 5 minutes' drive from Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. A lot of green and the staff are amazing. So nice and pleasant

Conveniently situated in North Mumbai’s business hub Andheri and a 5-minute walk from Chakala Metro Station, Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport houses an outdoor pool and a fitness... We check in at 12:10 am and the hotel allowed us to check out late at 2pm due to our next flight will be at 5:40pm. Everything is so great for us. Thank you so much
