Located on the Aventino, one of Rome's 7 hills, Santa Prisca is 10 minutes' walk from FAO headquarters and 400 metres from Piramide Metro Station. Parking and internet are free. Location is excellent. No more than 30 mins walk to Partenon/coliseum/ Victor emmanuel etc. A fresh and minimalist hotel with a great breakfast, comfy beds, quiet, the staff are warm and chatty, the Aperol Spritz €5. Very important! I recommend this hotel for a affordable no frills Roman break with good company.

In the centre of Rome, Hotel Aventino is located on the quiet Aventine Hill, a 10-minute walk from Circo Massimo Metro. It features elegant rooms and free WiFi throughout. The staff was unbelievable. They let us eat takeout pizza in the breakfast area, even with access to plates, silverware, micro. There are a lot of stairs, but there is an elevator. It is close to EVERYTHING in Rome (15 minutes walk). Super quiet area.

The design hotel Abitart is situated in the heart of the Ostiense neighbourhood, close to Ostiense Railway and Metro Station, which provides quick access to all of Rome, including Fiumicino Airport. Spacious room, very clean, comfortable sleep. Very king personnel. Good breakfast. Close to public transport

Hotel Villa San Pio is located on Rome's green Aventine Hill. Made up of 3 separate villas, and quiet gardens. The elegant rooms feature wood floors and decorative walls. Great service. All the people were very helping. The food at hotel was great. Close to all attractions. Bed was very confortable. Room was quiet.
