Buffet breakfast. Very good bathroom facilities. Very clean room. Well lit. Excellent service from staff. A stone's throw from the city centre just by catching the route 33 bus.

Hotel Universo wordt beheerd door een familie en ligt dicht bij het Piazza Sabotino en de Polytechnische Universiteit van Turijn. De kamers bieden gratis WiFi. It was a nice stay. Breakfast is good and rooms are clean. However, those who value silence, you might have trouble there - the tram stop is right under the windows and it starts working around 6a.m in the morning. Walls are quite thin also. The location was ok, it's obviously not close to center, but public transportation is at hand. Also, good pizza places around. They have very helpful staff. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Super comfortable room, with all the necessary amenities, including an iron and a small fridge. Exceptionally clean, with a comfy bed, easy access to switch on/off the lights and charge your phone close to the bed. Decent amount of storage space, plus the sofa was nice for when we got back to the room but didn't want to lay in bed. On a rainy evening, we really appreciated having access to Amazon Prime :) Easy to access with the given codes, clear communication and instructions. Wifi worked great and the room was quiet. There was a pam right on the street and you could find different restaurants in the area within walking distance.
