New modern building design was super cool! The onsen was clean and such a great deal for the price of the hotel room. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. One free bowl of soba noodles for dinner was unique to this androoms property. Popsicles and water provided by the onsen area were a great relaxer as well as their massage chairs. Would definitely stay again!

Offering direct access to JR Shin Osaka Train Station, Remm Shin-Osaka offers modern contemporary rooms with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with video-on-demand. Truly unbeatable location for travelers that need frequent access to the shinkansen, JR lines and Midosuji metro line with the hotel located right on top of Shin-Osaka station - it takes only a few minutes to get from your room door to the required train gate. The room, while small, was very clean and modern. Love the "back massager" provided on the chair in the room, great after a long hard day of walking around. The shower cubicle was spacious and shower strength was very good. There were also enough power outlets throughout the room, which is great for charging lots of gadgets. I stayed at this hotel twice during a recent trip with one day in between stays and the hotel let me store my luggage free of charge. Finally, this hotel has a 12noon check-out time, which is later than most.
