She gets a shoutout 'cuz she helped us book a dinner reservation at Sapporo Beer Garden on the same night we've arrived! 🫰🏻 - Housekeeping provided daily sets of towels, sleepwear and water bottles. - I really like that you get to pick your own amenities at the lobby daily. I know that's not for all tourists but it works for us.

The breakfast is very good, good staff, very good location, there is a airport bus stop in front of the hotel.

Rooms are very decent size for Japanese standards. There are 3 restaurants which one can choose to go for breakfast ! The main buffet breakfast spread is amazing ! There is even a dessert section at breakfast which includes matcha mochi. Onsen is of decent size but no outdoor for men. For women, there is an outdoor onsen. 4 mins walk to the metro.

Ideally set in Sapporo, Hotel JAL City Sapporo Nakajima Park features a buffet breakfast and free WiFi. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. It was a wonderful surprise to have such a large room and bath. We are normally used to smaller hotel rooms and baths when visiting Japan. Maybe being in Sapporo things are different than Tokyo and Osaka.?
