The staff was very helpful in bringing luggage up into our room and, on the way out, taking care of our mobile wifi and calling a taxi. So thoughtful, so clean, and we even ordered a pizza from the restaurant downstairs that was very solid. The location was close to Akihabara station, walkable-ish to Ginza, and in the heart of a lot of the action. Overall, a fantastic stay for my wife and me.

Everything the staff were so friendly and helpful the hotel was so clean and new the room were big and they have an extra storage inside the room which u can keep uor bags, the toilet was big with everything u need. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. The location is close by akihabara Station with a lot of other stations around u . Sotres like 7/ 11 and other stores opposite to the hotel.

First of all, we arrived at the hotel around 9am and of course the room wasn't available for check-in. The hotel suggested we could use their spa to clean up and get changed (it was an overnight flight). Once inside the spa, you could see the magnificent view of Tokyo (men's bathroom). I dipped myself in the hot baht and I was the only one there. The amenities kits were superb and of high standard you expect from a Four Seasons property. The room is huge in comparison to regular Tokyo hotels. We had his/her sinks with baht tub. A separated toilet and bath rooms. The room is superbly cleaned. The bed is very comfortable with each side 2 pillows to choose from. They even provided pajamas so comfortable that I didn't even think of using the ones I brought from home. They changed it everyday. Sadly, I should have bought the PJ set back which are available for sale at the spa area. One of the things that stood out the most is the level of service all the staffs demonstrated. During our stay, all the staffs remembered our names (which is typically hard to say anyway) and that intrigued me very much. If you're looking for a set of afternoon tea, look no further at the hotel tearoom. We were bombarded with all the tea choices and sets of treats that kept coming. We had to skip lunch right after the tea set. All the cutleries were nicely selected to compliment the theme of that season. Ours was the sakura season, therefore pretty much everything were pinkish. By the way, the curtains open itself automatically once you enter the room. That's extremely cool!

The view was mindblowing, every comfort was there. The staff were very nice and accommodating of our needs.

Oakwood Premier Tokyo is a luxury serviced apartment with hotel-like services, located at just a 2-minute walk from JR Tokyo Station’s Yaesu North Exit. The location is fantastic, very easy to access any place you would like to visit. Room size is big and cozy. Bed is very comfortable.

Situated right in the heart of Marunouchi business district, Palace Hotel Tokyo is 5-star luxury accommodation boasting 7 restaurants, a spa and a free-access fitness centre and indoor swimming pool. Room is spacious. 45sqm is far enough for two people. Room is very clean and well maintained. It's next to the royal palace, there is a park and garden next to it within walking distance. Subway is right under the property that can bring you to the shopping area. Swimming pool is well organized to make sure each time zone limited people is using it to prevent from spreading of covid-19 I was very surprised and happy when my lost earring was found by a cleaning maid in my room. It's a tiny stuff, so I didn't expect it could be found in any circumstance.

The Peninsula Tokyo pampers its guests with a spa centre and a fitness club with a swimming pool and sun loungers, overlooking the Imperial Palace Gardens. Amazing staff, very helpfully all the time specially the concierge team.
