Hotel hisoca ikebukuro is ideally located in Tokyo, and has a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. The place was warm and friendly. Homely feel with staff very friendly and patience with our family. A very pleasant stay for our holiday.

Conveniently set in the center of Tokyo, Dormy Inn Ikebukuro is within a 3-minute walk of Higashi-Ikebukuro Central Park and 0.4 miles of Hinodechou Park. The choices offered in the buffet breakfast was pretty much the same everyday, but the quality was good and the selection was enough for our likely. Staff was always polite and helpful. The hot spring was awesome after a long day of walking and the free ramen offered each night was a nice touch. =)

Ideally located in the Toshima district of Tokyo, APA Hotel Yamanote Otsuka Eki Tower is located a 2-minute walk from Otsukadai Park. Convenient location with lots of shops nearby, clean, easily accessible by public transport, room is small but acceptable

APA Hotel Komagome Ekimae provides rooms in Tokyo near Sogo Recreation Park and Togenukijizo Kogan-ji Temple. This 3-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage space. Everything really, it felt expensive, well maintained and smelled good everywhere

Hotel Wing International Select Ikebukuro features air-conditioned rooms with satellite flat-screen TV in the Toshima district of Tokyo. you could not ask for a better location, right next to busy Ikebukuro but fair enough away from the hustle and bustle that it’s actually quite peaceful. The staff were so helpful and friendly with every query . laundry facilities really came in useful and my room came with a fridge so I found keep drinks and snacks cool etc . there is a restaurant in the lobby selling drinks and snacks till late but also close to several convenience stores for anything else . a lot of complimentary items were also available to guests , everything from a spare toothbrush to bath soaks , very generous and useful for someone is trying to pack light like I was !

Set in Tokyo, just a minute walk from JR Sugamo Station's A4 Exit, APA Hotel Sugamo Ekimae features a public bath and compact yet functional rooms with free WiFi access. Room was very well equipped, like how each floor had a washer/dryer. Onset was nice.

Located just a 5-minute walk from JR Ikebukuro Station, the Super Hotel Inn Ikebukuro-Eki Kitaguchi offers cozy guest rooms and paid Japanese-style breakfast. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The staff were very helpful. It was my first onsen experience in Japan, so I didn't know what to expect. I asked the staff at the reception counter for advice, and they very gladly gave me an introduction to onsen etiquette. The staff I asked was actually male and wasn't familiar with the female bathhouse, but he made sure to check with his colleagues before giving me the information, which was very kind of him. The onsen was quiet when I got in, not many people were using it. There's only 1 pool available, but it's more than enough for a good soak after a long day. I would recommend bringing your own makeup cleanser as the one provided may not be powerful enough for a deep cleanse if you wear thick makeup. The hotel provides a choice of amenities at the reception desk, and even a drinks bar during nighttime! It was definitely one of the most welcoming hotels I've been to!

A 2-minute walk from JR Mejiro Station on Tokyo's Yamanote Train Line (loop line), Richmond Hotel Tokyo Mejiro offers Western-style rooms with free Wi-Fi and an air purifier. Staff are friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and comfortable, location was great and easy to find. I will definitely return to this hotel when I next visit japan

Hotel Resol Ikebukuro is only a 2-minute walk from Exit 1 of Higashi Ikebukuro Station on the Yurakucho Subway Line. We had a great stay. Three nights of comfy beds, amazing breakfasts, and lovely staff. The hotel is very clean. I would happily stay here on my next trip.
