The location was really good for those who love sushi and want to explore Tsukiji market as early as possible. It's only a few minutes walk to many good sushi restaurant. I really recommend Imazu, the restaurant right across the street from the hotel. The food was exceptional and the staff were super friendly to foreigners although the menu was purely in hand written Japanese.

We love the view from the room and from the breakfast restaurant. Staff was very friendly. We stayed two seperate times and first one we had a massage chair in the room, it was great.

It was our second stay there and we really enjoyed their breakfast last time, but this time we stayed without it. Alternatively we used a convenient store on the 1st floor, and you can get free tea bags, coffee and toothbrushes on the 2nd floor without additional fee. The reception staff was friendly and helpful! Very smooth check in & out.
