This appears to be a new hotel and the construction is very solid and soundproof.They have three panes of glass so you can’t hear outside noise and didn’t hear any other guest . Probably the best part of the room was the extremely comfortable mattress and pillows one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on . They have a nice reception area where you can get free coffee and tea and sit and relax. Overall the hotel is very modern and stylish The location is perfect in the centre of Yokohama walk south 15 minutes you are at the main shopping area walk north 15 minutes and you are in China town and only a ten minute walk to the harbour The cost is very reasonable would stay again

Gut gelegen im Zentrum von Yokohama, bietet die Unterkunft Hotel Resol Yokohama Sakuragicho klimatisierte Zimmer, ein Restaurant und kostenloses WLAN. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Bei meinem ersten Zimmer hatte ich das Problem, das ein Rauchgestank zu riechen war. Sie haben mir sofort ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Zimmer sind sauber und Bett ist bequem. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber ist jeden Tag das Gleiche. Trotzdem hat man genügend Auswahl. Ausserdem gibt es im 2. Stock eine Begegnungszone und kriegt dort auch gratis Kaffee.

The staff were excellent. The breakfast was very good . The rooms were clean. They stored my luggage. All directions for appliances were bilingual.
