Especially check in process was very quick with thorough. They answered my every question that I had. Room condition was excellent, comfortable bed, room has all necessary items that I need. Hotel rooms are beautiful and very large - the rooms really look as good as they do in the photos. Really modern facilities with great attention to details and all the comfort you could ask for. Great value for money when compared with other rooms of similar price in Busan and honestly felt very special. Various food facilities around the place and a great bakery that made good food. Only small downside was the hotel was quite far from the central city but wasn't a big issue as it's easy to catch a taxi in.
