Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later. The room (2123) Premium Ocean view was beautiful, spacious, squeaky clean, with all the comforts and amenities you would expect from a Hilton Hotel, beautiful balcony with an extended ocean view. The staff courteous, professional and very helpful in all venues. People like Luis at the Bar with his witty humor and Alejandra in the Panamanian restaurant with her professional charm, go a long way in making a difference. First time I have seen in a Hotel a TV displaying all available channels summarized in one page with their logos, immensely facilitating the usual burden of identifying the available channels. Overall a great experience at the Balboa Hilton. Will surely return in our next trip ti Panama
