The hotel was brand new and beautifully designed. The gentleman behind the reception was very kind and helpful and offered us a welcomes drink. Breakfast was great. The location was right in the heart of Porto. It was all perfect.

We had great reccomendations for dinner from the ladies in the reception, they looked up for restaurants according to our taste, out of the touristic areas, and it was delightful. Excellent client service and orientation. Will sure go back.
