Boasting a terrace, Hotel Mar is set in Belgrade in the Central Serbia region, 6 km from Belgrade Arena and 8 km from Splavovi. Among the various facilities are a shared lounge and a bar. I was in Belgrade on business and my stay was very short. I arrived later in the afternoon and the hotel recommended a very good restaurant and also organised a taxi for me. As it was Friday evening, it was impossible for the restaurant to organise a taxi for my return to the hotel in 30 minutes. So I phoned the hotel and asked the staff to send me a taxi or a driver. After less than 5 minutes I was called back by the hotel and the taxi was at the restaurant 3 minutes later. TOP SERVICE! The next morning I had to leave for the airport at 5am, the hotel organised a transfer for me and even prepared a packed lunch. Absolutely top hotel and I will only check in there on my future stays in Belgrade.

The fast and professional check-in process was a testament to the high standards of service upheld by the staff. Additionally, the inclusion of a traditional breakfast in the price further enhanced my experience. While the hotel's location may be a bit distant from the city center, it's evidently a popular choice among travelers making stopovers on their way to other destinations.
