They offered free Breakfast which was indeed not included in my package and the kept asking twice daily if I needed anything or if there are any complaints. The hotel was clean, very cosy, nice breakfast, close to tram station, straight line to the center. The staff is very nice. I really appreciate mister Mehmet. He helped us navigate Istanbul. He really has a good heart and cares about the customers.

The location is strategic at the historical city Next to the old wall , less than 1 minute walk to the bus station just in front of the hotel, 3 minutes walk to the tram station and 3 minutes walk to the metro, the staff were perfect, friendly and very helpful specially Mr.Taymor, our stay was perfect because of him, also for Arab, Baraa is from Lebanon is nice and he speaks Arabic. The stay was a good value for money.
