Paradise spot in Kiwengwa beach. We already feel nostalgic about this place after spending 2 weeks in Fabolous Ayla beach house. The view from the hotel looking towards palms🌴 and the Indian ocean is outstanding! The breakfast with exotic fruits was really delicious as well. But most important are the people who welcomed us and made our stay unforgettable! Simay, who is the host helped us with everything we needed in order to organize our vacation on the island. However, what was really unforgettable and special is the positive vibes from all the stuff! ❤️ P.S. don't forget to bring some treats for the kids at the beach & and general kiddos of Zanzibar making their day a little bit more special, receiving big smiles and love back! The hospitality was top staff very kind and welcoming, I really liked there's a medical clinic on site and for travel a covid testing available with 24 hours just about a short drive away. I liked it enough to book a return this same week.

Sultan Sands ligger på stranden med udsigt over Det Indiske Ocean. Der tilbydes afrikanske hytter i traditionel stil med balkon eller terrasse, buffetrestaurant samt bar med udsigt over swimmingpoolen... Best thing about hotel is that you can ask whatever you want and 99% of your wishes come true. As European I like some things made differently as they are in Africa but if you ask the hotel staff makes it! As example I can say they make awsome tuna stakes if you ask them! And they also add rum to your coconut if you ask. So the main tip is - ASK! Moreover, as experienced travelwr I have been reading reviews about the hotel and two things were very disturbing (a) that the selection of food os not very rich; and (b) that the tides make the sea go away for a far far way. To tackle that I shall say that (a) food is good and changes everyday, so even on 11 night stay you will have a varios optios to choose from (especialy if you are into sea food); (b) tides are constant but there was no day with out sea at your foot steps to the pool, meaning that some times you have to wait half a day before sea comes back but it eventualy does.

Great host, who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. Nice location. Walking distance to the beach. The room has both a fan and AC, which helps with keeping the place nice and cool.

Bahati Villa ligger ved Kiwengwa-stranden, omgivet af frodig vegetation og med sit eget strandområde. Det lille hotel har restaurant, bar og udflugtsskranke. I was upgraded to a bigger room and I had my own outside seating area. Excellent and plenty of choices of food for breakfast. The restaurant also served delicious lunch and dinner. The location was safe and quiet. Security on property. Friendly owners and staff. The back up generator really helped when the whole Zanzibar lost power for several hours.

Khadija Kiwengwa Apartment ligger i Kiwengwa, få skridt fra Kiwengwa Strand og 39 km fra Peace Memorial Museum. - wonderful and helpful stuff - great location, just few steps to the beach, the best restaurants, bars, local shops - clean, spacious room with great view on the palm trees and a bit of ocean - hot water all the time - very good Wi-Fi connection, no problem with remote work, Teams calls, VPN connections etc. - delicious breakfast with view on the ocean I will go back there any time
