It was my first time in Las Vegas for a vacation and I am so happy I chose this hotel. It’s incredible value for that price. It’s exceptionally clean, rooms are spacious and modern, wifi is fast I didn’t have any issues, staff is very nice and helpful and I also loved the breakfast!

Room itself was great: ample size with small couch that folded out into a double bed, full refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner electric stove, roomy bathroom area. Many restaurants nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Ample free parking. QUIET at night :-)

The residence was perfect for us since we roam around Las Vegas rather than going on the Strip. It has great access to US-95 and Summerlin Parkway to CC-215. It’s modern, roomy and comfortable. The shower and water pressure are great. The washer and dryer are full-size and deluxe. It's in a quiet residential area. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
