Although there was a minor issue with valet parking, the hotel staff resolved it very promptly and professionally. We highly recommend this hotel and would come back at any time.

Location is wonderful, easy access to great shopping and dining on Melrose and Santa Monica Blvd. Rooftop pool is outstanding!

Just 5 minutes’ walk from the Sunset Strip, the Andaz West Hollywood - a Concept by Hyatt features onsite dining and a rooftop pool. the rooftop area was stunning with the most incredible view!! Stuff was super friendly, thank you espacally to the car-parking-guys! Location was perfect and we felt very safe!
