No lo conocí, no encontraron mi reserva y adicionalmente tengo un cargo de reserva que según ellos no encontraron y tuve que ir a otro hotel al Virgin porque me dijeron que tenia que irme ya que no tenían habitación.

The Hotel is great the best thing about our whole trip was the Shuttle Service to and from Downtown back to the hotel staff was very helpful I'm not sure why they would ever discontinue that service!

Te dan agua de cortesía y el cuarto tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. Además el hotel es pet friendly y aunque fui sin mascota, me hizo feliz ver muchos perritos allí durante mi estadía.

The high standard finish felt like a 5 start, not 4 star. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The valet staff gave added touches like opening doors.
