The room size and comfort, the location, the fact the hotel is doing everything in order to meet your expectations and please you. In addition, the daily house keeping is cleaning the rooms not before noon time, which is good for late morning people like me. I even ended up adding another night to my booking. The greatest hotel I've ever been in NYC!
