Featuring an indoor heated salt water pool and an on-site fitness centre, Wingate by Wyndham Niagara Falls is located in Niagara Falls, New York, just 300 metres from Maid of the Mist. The staff is extremely cooperative and helpful. We had forgotten one of our cellphones in our hotel room. We realized that much later after we had checked out and we were on our way to New York. The staff including the hotel manager were kind enough to mail the phone to the New York address that we provided to them. We had to follow-up a bit but still we got the phone back alright. Thank you once again to all the front desk people and the manager of the hotel for the kind gesture.

The location was great, about 20minute walk to the Niagara Fall through a park. The staffs were good, I was able to check in early. The room and the bathroom were clean. The breakfast was so so but overall it was great for the price.
