One amazing thing was the staff. First the honesty of the housemaid in handing in my iPad, then the staff member who went out of their way to deliver it to the train station before the train left. This luxury boutique hotel is within an 8-minute walk of the Niagara Falls. The Giacomo features a 19th floor Skye View Room, full lounge, gym and modern rooms with free Wi-Fi. The room was large, with a lovely bathroom and it came with nice comfy robes. The staff were really friendly and helpful especially the cleaning lady. They brought milk and cookies to our room in the evening which I loved! The breakfast was very good even if you have to choose what you want the night before. They will deliver it to your room at no extra charge and they were on time each day. Fabulous hotel at an amazing price and it is right near all the tourist areas of the falls but not too close 😁
