Kai and Sherman welcomed us even though we arrived very late and were very kind and smiley every day. The hotel was great! The room perfect! The breakfast big and in perfect hours! The metro station is 5' walk and takes you to times square in 25'. Perfect choice!

Personal was so kindly and helpful. We could checkin at 0:30AM, room was very nice and clean, and also they let us left luggage at the reception after we check out, and that really helped us.
